TRUST SERVICES

Eticore offer trust services, for a range of unit trusts, including securitisation trusts and managed investment trusts. Should you also require management, accounting, custody or other services, we can tailor a holistic solution for you that is automated, efficient and cost-effective. We set service levels upfront to ensure your time frames are met.

AGENCY SERVICES

Eticore is able to provide a wide range of agency services for loan structures, funds, trusts and bespoke structures.

ANALYTICS AND MODELS

Eticore analysts are proficient in modelling liability and asset cash flows, weighted average life (both dynamic and initial), and the asset portfolio, in a variety of applications, including VBA and Microsoft Excel.

Analytics can be tailored to your requirements, including portfolio analytics, lead indicators, investment portfolios and specific reporting required by each of your funders or rating agencies.

DOCUMENT CUSTODY

Eticore can provide document tracking for documents in a secure and fireproof facility. Documents are effectively controlled and identified as belonging to a particular trust or vehicle. Our document tracking system is proprietary and can operate the tracking and reporting of a large volume of documents, including audit logs.

ACCOUNTING

We offer trust accounting and fund accounting, including annual financial accounts, monthly or quarterly management accounts, and tax return preparation and submission. We are also able to assist you in trust accounting establishment, ensuring that should you choose to group for tax or consolidate corporate and trust accounts, we can automate this process for you.

MANAGEMENT

This is a particular area of expertise for Eticore, with the majority of staff having spent several years undertaking trust management and investment management for a range of different trusts. This experience enables us to utilise global best practice and provide assistance with solutions for cash flow structures and efficient management practices.

CORPORATE
SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION

Eticore offers a full range of corporate services, including company secretarial, registry and directorships. This will allow companies to outsource a range of compliance, administrative and reporting tasks.

SERVICING / BACKUP SERVICING

A range of bespoke servicing solutions are available for clients, across a wide range of asset portfolios. We have the technology, experience and knowledge to tailor a servicing solution for asset types that might not fit into “typical” servicing applications, and we can provide you with a range of tailored reports that meet both your needs and your stakeholder needs.

Eticore will implement a comprehensive step-by-step plan to mitigate servicer continuity risk; avoid borrower disruption; and enable an effective and immediate step into the servicing role.

RBA REPORTING

Our proficient team are able to effectively convert asset servicing data and cash flow waterfall data into the required RBA reporting format via our internally developed mapping application.
