TRUST SERVICES

Eticore offer trust services, for a range of unit trusts, including securitisation trusts and managed investment trusts. AGENCY SERVICES

Eticore is able to provide a wide range of agency services for funds, trusts and bespoke structures.

ACCOUNTING

We offer trust accounting and fund accounting, including annual financial accounts, monthly or quarterly management accounts, and tax return preparation and submission. We are also able to assist you in trust accounting establishment, ensuring that should you choose to group for tax or consolidate corporate and trust accounts, we can automate this process for you.

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

A number of the Eticore team have undertaken investment management for MITs with a variety of structures and assets, including head trust/sub-trust roles, and assets ranging from agriculture to commercial property to infrastructure. We have relationships with bespoke asset managers across the industry. This experience and network enables us to utilise global best practice and provide assistance with solutions for management, asset modelling and structures, as well as efficient practices which work effectively in the local market, whilst enabling the trust to maintain MIT compliance.

CORPORATE SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION

Eticore offers a full range of corporate services, including company secretarial, registry and directorships. This will allow companies to outsource a range of compliance, administrative and reporting tasks.

Belinda Smith was one of my primary contacts in her role as Director at Standard & Poor’s. At this time, I was running the State Street asset-backed commercial paper business and Standard & Poor’s rated the CP issued by the two programs.
